Who Found SMEloan?

SMEloan Hong Kong Limited was founded by Mr. Ming Siu who has over 18 years experience in SME financing in the U.S and Asia. SMEloan pioneered the introduction of Internet based account receivable lending for SMEs in 1999 when it serviced over 800 SME clients until the loan portfolio was acquired by a large multinational bank in Hong Kong. Before he founded SMEloan, he was the Managing Director of East Asia Heller, a Hong Kong based joint venture commercial finance company between Bank of East Asia of Hong Kong and Heller Financial Inc. now a GE Commercial Finance Company, pioneering the account receivable factoring and structured financing products for SMEs in Hong Kong. Mr. Siu is also investing in  companies that are under-valued and turning them around as well as  providing  strategic and financial advice to companies on fund raising and risk management areas.
